• Admin can see the standing of the ticket and change it
• Admin can resolution the price ticket and purchaser will receive notification via e mail
• Admin can close and reopen the price ticket
• Admin shall be notified by means of e mail when new price tag is created via customer
• Admin shall be notified by e-mail whilst consumer resolution the price ticket

Customer Options

• Customer Signup shape
• Consumer can create the tickets
• Customer will get notification by the use of e-mail once the admin answer the price tag and purchaser can log in to the gadget and answer the same question
