that is a Addon for BuddyPress and supreme Members for record consumer profile. In consumer profile page after username will seem a link “document this consumer” and if user click on it'll come a popup form for file user inside file message. In admin panel you're going to see a new menu “Studies” and in there you'll be able to see all studies and messages.
