• Consumer can sign in impulsively and simply
• Purchaser can create price tag
• Consumer can select precedence on their tickets
• Customer can choose product on their tickets
• Customer can reply on their price tag provided that it opened

Helper Options [Rank 1]:

• Helper can log
• Helper can answer on all tickets
• Helper can shut tickets if the problem is resolved
• Helper can reopen tickets

Admin Options [Rank 2]:

• Admin can log
• Admin can upload a brand new product
• Admin can reply on all tickets
• Admin can shut tickets if the issue is resolved
• Admin can reopen tickets
• Admin can give a new rank to customer to turn into helper
