TouchTooltip may also be implemented to text only. No hyperlinks, no images, simply simple textual content. it's a challenge of the WordPress editor.

But you usually can transfer WordPress editor to Textual Content mode and observe the TouchTooltip by yourself. here is the documentation learn how to do it.

WordPress by way of default doesn’t permit to position <iframe> and <item> inside your submit. you can install this free plugin to bypass this restriction.
