RSD Bugtrack


RSD Bugtrack is an online lend a hand-table/worm tracking/beef up ticket machine which runs on PHP/MySQL. UPDATE: v2.1.2 is now to be had. This version adds file uploads. Users can upload files whilst lodging a price tag, and will add extra to a price tag they have got submitted (providing the price tag is not closed)

The demo has now been updated with the document add characteristic, so head over and take a look at it out.

UPDATE: v2.1.1 is now to be had. This version provides the facility to assign customers and operators to precise initiatives (admins see all tasks via default)

Initiatives:

  • Limitless Projects (use one install for more than one tasks)
  • Create personal initiatives, that best admins or operators can view
  • Assign users and operators to tasks and so they will best see tickets in the ones initiatives (NEW IN v2.1.1)

Customers:

  • Unlimited Customers
  • Three levels of user, Usual, Operator, or Admin

Login Monitor:

  • Reset Password characteristic (by way of e mail)
  • Observe for account (admins can approve or decline the packages)

Tickets:

  • Unlimited Tickets
  • Color coded tickets to denote price tag age
  • Ticket age is special on the list views for all tickets open and closed.
  • Ability to assign tickets to express admin/operator
  • When viewing a price ticket, see a listing of all tickets that experience been submitted by way of that consumer
  • Print tickets for fast reference
  • Ability for customers to specify platform specs that are mechanically stamped to their tickets
  • Information machine with the option of personal posts that handiest admins or operators can see
  • Notes are tagged to the ticket for every action, and will be seen chronologically
  • Notes will also be brought by means of team of workers or customers to replace the tickets
  • Ability to change tickets from public to non-public status (most effective visible to admins/operators)
  • Admins/operators have a queue and notification of tickets assigned to them
  • Pagination on price ticket lists will show as soon as the number of tickets exceed the default environment (10/15 tickets)
  • Notification within the menu showing how many tickets are logged via the consumer
  • Notification within the menu appearing admins/operators what number of tickets are assigned to them
  • Ticket updates (observe additions, assigns, closures) notified via e-mail.
